Mohammadiya Institute of Computer Technology (MICT) is established in 2001 by Mohammadiya Educational Society (MES) to contribute to the unprecedented growth in opportunities for well-trained computer professionals. The college endeavors to bring out world class professionals in the development and use of software for different applications. The training objectives and curriculum here are benchmarked to the best of institutions. The Information Technology revolution and its associated intellectual activities, and subsequent transition from Industrial to Information Society have necessitated moulding innovative Software Engineers.

In this era of computers the candidates find various opportunities in large corporations having an in-house systems department.
