About Principal DR. D. JEEVAN MANI BABU
obtained his PhD and M. Pharmacy degrees from Andhra University,
Visakhapatnam. He completed his B. Pharmacy from St.Peter's Institute
of Pharmaceutical Sciences affiliated to Kakatiya University. He had
teaching & research experience of 10 years and worked as a JRF
& SRF in National Project funded by Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES)
New Delhi. He had published more than 15 papers in National &
International journals and he had presented 10 research articles in
National & International seminars /conferences. He is also Referee
to various scientific journals
Challenges of Modern Pharmacist
After its establishment in 2007, the Mohammadiya Institute of Pharmacy
at Khammam has always been taking a leading role in providing
pharmaceutical education to the state of Andhra Pradesh and nation at
large. We have been competently involved in training the students to
become highly competent pharmacists, who are much needed by the society
for their ability of preventing and treatment of human diseases.
The
Institute has been focusing on producing highly qualified professional
individuals through our systematic academic program on basic
pharmaceutical science. Also, in the area of research, the Institute is
shortly making a venture for excellent research facilities.
Our
graduates have been taking a pivotal role in the various universities,
research institutes, government agencies, and pharmaceutical
industries. In preparation for the next generation, we are striving to
produce competent pharmacists with highly professional pharmaceutical
knowledge and to grow the Institute as the top research oriented
center.
